AI product preview

Generate photorealistic product images directly from the current configuration. The AI takes the selected parameters (material, color, size, features) and produces an image showing what the product would look like. This is especially useful when you do not have photos for every possible combination.

• Chain-of-edits — When the buyer changes a single parameter, the AI applies only that change to the existing image instead of generating a new one from scratch. This maintains visual consistency across configuration changes.
• Resolution — Generated images are high-resolution and suitable for use in quotes and marketing materials.
• Speed — Typical generation time is 3-8 seconds depending on complexity.

Guided selling chat

An AI chatbot can be enabled on any configurator to help buyers find the right product configuration. The chatbot understands your product schema, parameters, pricing rules, and constraints.

• Suggest configurations — The buyer describes their needs and the AI suggests a configuration. For example: "I need a desk for a small home office" results in specific size and material recommendations.
• Compare options — The buyer asks "What's the difference between oak and walnut?" and the AI explains the trade-offs including price impact.
• Answer questions — The AI answers questions about features, compatibility, lead times, and anything else described in the product schema.
• Apply changes — When the buyer agrees with a suggestion, the AI can apply parameter changes directly to the configurator.

AI texture generation

Describe a material in plain language and the AI generates a seamless, tileable texture that can be applied to any surface in your 3D model. Examples: "brushed walnut with warm tone", "dark grey concrete", "woven linen in cream".

• Seamless tiling — Generated textures tile perfectly without visible seams.
• PBR maps — Base color, normal, roughness, and metalness maps are generated for physically accurate rendering.
• Library — Generated textures are saved to your workspace texture library for reuse across products.

AI schema extraction

All input modes in the product builder use AI to extract a structured product configuration from unstructured data. Whether you chat with the AI, upload photos, paste a URL, import a PDF, or paste raw data, the AI identifies parameters, options, pricing, and constraints and converts them into a Spokbee schema.

• Chat — Natural language conversation is parsed into parameters, options, and pricing rules.
• Photo — Product images are analyzed for variants, colors, sizes, and features.
• URL — Product pages are crawled and structured data is extracted from the page content.
• PDF — Spec sheets and catalogs are parsed with OCR and AI to extract tabular and textual product data.
• Data / Code — JSON, YAML, CSV, XML, Python, JavaScript, and Excel are processed through a 3-pass pipeline to extract and validate the schema.

AI credits system

AI-powered operations and key platform actions consume credits. Each workspace has a credit allowance based on its plan.

A typical configurator build (1 extraction + 3 chats + 1 image + 1 publish) costs approximately 44 credits.

Overages & top-ups

When paid plan credits run out, overage charges apply automatically (unless disabled by the workspace owner in Settings > Billing).

Credit top-up packs can be purchased as one-time additions: 100 credits for $29, 500 for $99, or 1,000 for $149. Top-up credits are consumed after the monthly allowance is depleted but before overage charges begin.

Plans & feature access

Features are gated at the workspace level, not the user level. If you are invited to another workspace, you get that workspace's plan features — your own plan only applies to your own workspace.
