Branding & Whitelabel

Customize colors, domain, favicon, and branding to make the configurator yours.

Custom colors

Set your brand colors to style every configurator in the workspace. Colors are applied to buttons, headings, accents, backgrounds, and text across the configurator and quote PDFs.

Color SlotWhere It Appears
PrimaryMain buttons, active states, links.
SecondarySecondary buttons, subtle accents.
AccentHighlights, badges, progress indicators.
BackgroundPage background color of the configurator.
TextBody text color throughout the configurator.
Use high contrast between your background and text colors to ensure accessibility. Spokbee will warn you if the contrast ratio is below WCAG AA standards.

Custom domain

Use your own domain (e.g., configure.yourdomain.com) instead of the default Spokbee URL. This creates a seamless branded experience for your buyers.

  1. 1Go to Settings > Branding and enter your desired domain.
  2. 2Add a CNAME record in your DNS provider pointing to the value shown in Settings.
  3. 3Spokbee verifies the DNS record automatically. This can take a few minutes to a few hours depending on DNS propagation.
  4. 4Once verified, SSL is provisioned automatically. Your configurators are now accessible at your custom domain.
Custom domains require a Professional plan or higher. The CNAME record must point to the exact value shown in Settings. Do not use an A record or redirect.

Custom favicon

Upload a custom favicon that appears in the browser tab when buyers visit your configurator. Supported formats: ICO, PNG, SVG. Recommended size: 32x32 pixels. Upload from Settings > Branding.

Remove Spokbee branding

By default, configurators display a small "Powered by Spokbee" badge. On the Professional plan or higher, you can remove this badge from Settings > Branding to present a fully white-labeled experience.

Quote template branding

Quote PDF templates inherit your workspace branding but can also be customized independently. Each template supports:

  • Logo — Upload a logo that appears in the PDF header. Recommended size: 200x60 pixels, PNG or SVG.
  • Company details — Company name, address, phone, email, and tax/VAT ID displayed in the header.
  • Fonts — Select from available PDF-safe fonts for headings and body text.
  • Colors — Primary and accent colors for headings, table borders, and section dividers.
