Invite team members and manage permissions with role-based access control.

Owners and Admins can invite new members to the workspace. Go to Settings > Team and click "Invite Member". Enter the person's email address and select a role from the dropdown. They will receive an invitation email with a link to join the workspace.
When an invited person clicks the link in the email, they are taken to Spokbee. If they already have an account, they are added to the workspace immediately. If not, they are prompted to create an account first. The invitation link expires after 7 days.
Owners and Admins can change the role of any member (except the Owner, which requires an ownership transfer). Go to Settings > Team, find the member, and select a new role from the dropdown. The change takes effect immediately.
To remove a member, go to Settings > Team and click the remove button next to their name. The member loses access to the workspace immediately. Their past activity (quotes created, approvals made) is retained for audit purposes. The workspace Owner cannot be removed without first transferring ownership.
